Tumbling - Ages 3 and up

Tumbling classes are available at a variety of levels from beginner to advanced. We mix the beauty of acrobatics with dance to produce a structured program that focuses on tumbling technique, strength, flexibility, and balance. Advanced dancers will find that tumbling is a great way to expand their skills and younger dancers will find better coordination and balance.


Gym shorts and non-baggy t-shirts. Wear tennis shoes to class, but be prepared to take them off for certain exercises.
